Perle Noire

3 boring bored people decided to starve ourselves by not eating at the usual kopidiam, and head out for a good BETTER dinner on a Friday night.

We left the office at around 9pm, and I slowly made my way to Perle Noire (687 East Coast Road), located just beside the Cheesecake Cafe. (the 2 of them arrived first, and considering I left on my little sheep first, I was really taking my own sweet time)
