Inconsiderate Dog Owners

A couple of weeks ago I saw this Filipino woman walking (I think) her owner's dog at my block. She lets the dog poo on the concrete at the void deck.

Another incident I saw a few days ago. A man was walking his dog at the void-deck (not at my block) and he lets the dog pee on the pillar.

What's up with these people?!

I admit that I do not pick up my dog's poo, but I only let him pee/poo on the grass/trees. The least dog owners could do is not allow their pet to anyhow pee/poo on places where people walk! Will you allow your pet to make your whole house its toilet???
