相处容易,同住难?

saw this cat when i went room viewing with CL n KF at aljunied last nite. very very protective of its territory. we want to sit down oso cannot... :-L

the place is 5 min walk from the MRT station. air-conned + usage of kitchen + usage of washing machine = $450. the room's not very big, but ok for the 2 of them. saw the male owner but not his wife. other than the couple, the other room is rented out to a couple as well. the furniture in the living room a bit.. err.. old... but dun think the 2 of them will be out there often.

then later mum called n suggest that we clear out our barang from the spare room n rent to them.. but after she discussed wif pa, decided not to rent, so that we could keep our relationship as frenz..

really "相处容易,同住难"?

doesn't it apply to everyone? is it that frens can be less tolerant of each other? coz they can choose to leave the place, the frenship? prolly that's why divorce cases are so common now.
